Equipment Check-Out Procedures and Policies
All requests for equipment check-out by University faculty should
be made with twenty-four hours advanced notice for University related
functions.
Please make arrangements for equipment delivery and pick up through the office
or a departmental secretary. Equipment delivery directly to classrooms is not
advisable due to security.
Equipment may be removed from the campus for University sponsored activities
only.
Departments with a high demand for daily usage of audio-visual hardware may wish
to submit a letter from the department head requesting a semester assignment
for equipment.
It is a University policy that replacement of lost, stolen or damaged equipment
is the responsibility of departments or budgetary units to which faculty or staff
are assigned.
