The following production/duplication services are available to University faculty and staff.

Twenty-four hour notice must be given for the video cassette duplication.

For conversion of VHS to DVD or LP to MP3, a minimum of 24 hours per storage medium is required. For instance, if you need 2 video cassettes reproduced, we would need a minimum of 48-hours notice prior to the date the reproductions are needed to ensure adequate personnel availability.

Copyrighted Material

Prior to medium conversion or duplication, a copyright release form must be signed. By signing the form, you are agreeing to:

1. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, its employees, agents and representatives, in any claim or lawsuit that may be made or filed, which arises from my request for duplication, or use of any copyrighted material, whether said copyright is actual or implied.
2. I also agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, its employees, agents and representatives, from any claims or lawsuits that may arise as a result of my direction to the staff of Audio Visual Services of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
3. I understand and agree that if said materials contain copyrighted materials, I am solely responsible for obtaining written permission for same prior to duplication or use.
