OUINET - PC to Network via Dove
If a Direct Asynchronous Connection (OUINET) is not available at your location, a DOVE may be requested through Information Networks.
To do so, a formal request should be submitted to Information Networks; Attention: Steve Mahler, Director. However, if a Dove is not suitable, you may want to establish connection with a Modem.
