OUINET Troubleshooting - Direct Asynchronous Connection

If you are experiencing problems with your Direct Asynchronous Connection; please try these possible solutions before placing a call to TT#.

• Make sure that all wire connections from the PC, terminal emulator to the wall biscuit are secure.
• Make sure that all wires are in an acceptable condition, no breaks in the wire or crimps.
• Try the 'break' sequence for your specific PC or emulator to re-establish communication. EX. break break or Ctrl Break
• Make sure there is a good power supply established.
