Low Volume
If your phone has a low volume; the problem may not
be in the line. The problem could be a bad instrument (phone)
or bad connection. Please check out the suggestions below
before reporting the problem to TT#.
- Make sure that all connections are secure.
- Make sure that the volume controls on the phone and handset are set to the right setting.
- Please swap out the phone with a known good phone.
- Make sure that all wires are in an acceptable condition.
They should not have the outer covering cut,
the wires should not be walked on or have heavy objects placed on them,
and they should not be crimped or tightly bent.
If you have checked the above suggestions, and there is still
a low volume problem; please call TT# and leave the
appropriate message.
